Meet Mike Provost, the owner of the Fredericksburg vape store Vapamotive at 1036 Warrenton Rd / Rt. 17. Mike takes great pride in his business, particularly for its difference from other vape stores in that it was created with the singular purpose of providing adults with a healthier alternative to smoking cigarettes.

As someone who has struggled with smoking for many years, Mike knows first-hand how difficult quitting can be. He tried everything he could think of to quit including nicotine gum, nicotine patches, medication and more. As is the instance with many other people though, none of them really worked.

It was not until Mike tried vaping that he was finally able to curb his habit and lead a healthier lifestyle. This experience is what led Mike to open Vapamotive- to provide other people with the opportunity to be able to stop smoking cigarettes in the only way that worked for him.

Aside from being a business owner, Mike is also a military veteran. He served in the military for sixteen years in various places around the world. He was stationed in D.C., Germany, Italy, and finally Virginia where he fell in love with the city of Fredericksburg. Mike credits the military for his success with his business, claiming it taught him how to work with difficult hours, stay motivated and know how to do a lot with a little.
